AI Outreach provides AI-powered lead generation and qualification services, including:

• LinkedIn profile analysis and data enrichment
• AI-powered prospect research and qualification
• Personalized message generation for outreach campaigns
• Lead classification and scoring
• Data export and integration capabilities

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

Credit System:

• Credits are consumed when prospects are successfully processed through our AI pipeline
• Failed prospects do not consume credits
• Credits are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
• Credits do not expire but may become invalid if your account is terminated

Billing:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your purchases

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or violate anti-spam laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through your outreach campaigns
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or other platform policies

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

Your Data:

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide our services
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded data
• You must comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Service Availability:

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• AI results are probabilistic and may not always be 100% accurate
• Third-party API limitations may affect service availability

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrice Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase
• Service failures that consume credits without providing results will be refunded
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• To request a refund, contact support@aioutreach.io with your request details

Your Rights:

• You may terminate your account at any time
• You can export your data before termination
• Unused credits may be eligible for refund per our refund policy

Our Rights:

• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may suspend service for non-payment or suspicious activity
• We will provide reasonable notice for non-breach terminations

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Boulder, Colorado.
